In 15 years on the Shopify platform using 6 different themes I've never encountered such shockingly poor support. I submitted a request a week ago concerning some serious bugs in the theme and after some minimal back and forth, nothing has been addressed. Extremely disappointed I spent $350 for this theme.

Horrible. They won't fix their product gallery. The worst user interface ever!
