Are we aware that the navigation icon for Bestsellers sits below the product cards and not over them, even in the demo store?

Hi there, when we view our current demo store for Pitch and can see that an issue that has been resolved on newer updates is still present, since it's not using the most recently updated release! Thank you for pointing this out, and be sure to update the theme to have this issue resolved.

My Store
Since I can't get a developer to resolve this issue, I am left with no other choice but to express my disappointment here. I was so excited when I saw this theme. This is my third Shopify theme. Usually they are a breeze but this theme has been a nightmare. There is a glitch in the Pitch theme that is directing every link to the same product even though each product has its own unique URL.

Hey, we want to thank you for sharing your feedback here. Our developers are seeing that there is a learning curve when it comes to the new themes. The issue you're having may be solved by setting the Product to "Closest > Product" in the Product Card block settings. You can also do this by clicking the Metafield icon (it looks like three coins stacked) beside "Select", then choose "Product".
