Responsive theme is great! Documentation is great, support is quick, and the best part... the videos! I have professional background as a Technical Writer so I'm always looking at docs/videos. Very good theme. Easy. Professional. As with all "out of the box" themes (be they from Out of the Sandbox or elsewhere), a basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, etc. will help you understand working with any theme. Out of the Sandbox appears to have really good and quick responsiveness when needed. I am glad we chose them.

Out of the Sandbox sold us their Responsive theme on Sep 3, 2020, which we’ve used for over 4 years. Then, without warning, they falsely claimed we didn’t pay and got Shopify to shut down our site. After digging through receipts, we confirmed our payment. This reckless mistake has cost us thousands. Completely unacceptable and unforgivable.
