The theme is perfect for the branding image of my store, exactly what I wanted. Their support has been amazing and helping me everytime I needed. I can just recommend the Stiletto theme and especially the fluorescent team. Kudos to Lynne :)
This is my go-to app whenever a site calls for a premium template. I've repeatedly challenged it against newer themes and the features and flexibility of this template are the winner every time. I recently needed support for something that ended up being my user error. Andrea went above and beyond to help!
After some initial angst due to our product metafields not showing related to setting issues (that no-one helped me identify), the help I received from Fluorescent on all other set up aspects was outstanding. Yes it takes them 24 hours to reply however once you adjust your expectation on reply timings, their help is consistent and helpful. Our new site looks fabulous!
