Customer service is not helpful when you actually have a problem about slow loading and glitchy features and even after you've provided details, they send you generic form response about check apps and image sizes, without looking at your specific site and issue. Obviously detrimental to customer experience and sales when you rely on your site for sale.

As a designer and front-end developer, Symmetry has been my favourite theme to work with for fashion stores. The spacing, alignment, and responsiveness are beautifully refined, and the typography—from H1 to body copy—follows a clear and consistent hierarchy. My back-end developers also appreciate how easy the code is to work with when custom changes are needed.
