Fantastic theme and great support!
Most UNHELPFUL and pedantic creators I've ever come across. Just to make it clear, I LOVE the theme, however the few times I have needed help and reached out to the creators, they have been completely useless and patronising, always telling me to outsource what needs to be done, and mind you these are tasks that have taken the developers I hire about 1-3 minutes, and they charge £10 or less.
I waited three months before I left this review. The theme was worth every penny. It's easy to customize. At times when I did need to contact the support, I always received a response within 12 to 14 hours. The email support is great, always giving me detailed instructions on how to tweak whatever I need. Once again, worth every penny.
