Very bad support team. Suddenly all my products are not visible during my business peak hours. There is nobody to help though I raised a ticket. I don't know what to do. Even shopify team ready to help instantly but since its a third party theme, they have very limited access. I lost business now :-( . I bought it because theme is good...
