I need my store to operate in another language, and I expected this theme to support languages other than English, as multilingual is a basic feature for Shopify stores. Because of this limitation, I can't use the theme for my business. I contacted support to request a refund, but they refused to cancel my purchase even though the theme doesn't meet my needs. Absolutely terrible!

This was one of almost 10 demo themes I downloaded. Ended up opting for the zenith theme because of not only how well it's designed but the customer support has also been quick and effective. I have a big catalog of products and this theme has been perfect for that.
