We tinkered around with WordPress, Statamic, and then Shopify. The free themes from Shopify were good, but when I bit the bullet and invested into Stiletto's paid theme - our online store went from 'good' to 'great'! Apart from the savings of using Stiletto's all inclusive features, reducing the need for standalone apps costs. 3.5+ years on best part is their (real people) customer service.

Non existent support. Been waiting 2 weeks for them to respond to my inquiry regarding site speed. Our speed is ABYSMAL due to this theme. Imo response.
