I'm somewhat of a theme junky, as my day job is also in site and UX/UI design (just not for Shopify stores). I've shopped through several themes and Concept is the one I've found to be the best mix of wide functionality while keeping a really clean and intuitive design. I've made some customizations, and Scott was so helpful when I needed help diving into the code. Definitely recommend Concept!

Just started using this theme for one of my accounts, when I ran into a small issue. I contacted the support team about it and they quickly responded to my concerns. When I came back to work the next day the issue was fix. The quality of the theme, interface and customer service are some of the best. Will be using this theme going forward for my other accounts. Concept is a brilliant theme. It is dynamic, well optimised, and versatile. The team has also been very helpful in accomodating special requests (Thank you Scott!). I'll be migrating my other stores to Concept later this year.
