Just started using this theme for one of my accounts, when I ran into a small issue with the variant swatches not switching. I contacted the support team about it and they quickly responded to my concerns. When I came back to work the next day the issue was fix. The quality of the theme, interface and customer service are really good. Will be using this theme going forward for my other accounts.

Concept is a brilliant theme. It is dynamic, well optimised, and versatile. The team has also been very helpful in accomodating special requests (Thank you Scott!). I'll be migrating my other stores to Concept later this year.
