Empire 11.1.3 fixes a bug on the cart page when quantity exceeds available inventory.

- Cart page will now display an alert when the cart quantity exceeds the available inventory of an item.

- Fixed an issue where the sale badge would not appear on the product page until the page was refreshed.
- Fixed an issue where products failed to render in the "Shoppable Image" section when an excessive number of "Product" blocks were added.
- Fixed an issue where the "Buy it now" button would fail to appear on the product page and Quick shop when the "Auto-select first available variant" theme setting is disabled and the Bogus payment gateway is enabled.
