Product is great. I am no computer programmer. However, I have been able to exert much artistic control over my store and do much customization on my own. When I have run into problems based on my limited knowledge, the support staff has always solved my problems. Probably, the most concise and effective support staff I have used anywhere for any product either personal or professional.
I haven't launched my store yet, so there hasn't been a ton of experimentation with features it offers. However, I think it's a great base, and I've severely modified the theme to my liking. Some of that I've had to outsource because of the lack of configuration availability, but overall it looks amazing, and the configuration ability can be a little better.
