I really like this theme to make our new website! when we had problems about the website or mobile version, I asked the Underground support team to resolve them :) I worked with Tiffany and she responded quickly. she is easy to work with and friendly!

Love the theme. I had a few issue before launching my website but with Max help from the support team we were able to resolve the issue right on time. Max was very helpful , quick and efficient.

My company has had some issues with this theme. Although the person who set up our shopify is no longer with us because she did not know what she was doing. Customer service, however, was amazing, with the help of Max Rand. We are still relatively new to shopify, so hopefully we will find the right fit for us.

We changed our store's old theme to Icon with the Dolce version and loved it! It's very minimalistic, perfect for clothing brands like ours who are looking for something that is user-friendly and simple for their customers. We had trouble with a few features, but reached out to Underground, and they delivered an excellent service. Max was very helpful and efficient, we are happy about our choice!
