This is such a friendly and powerful theme. I've been upgrading from Shopify's Dawn theme and, once I got a handle on all the new customizations available, it was smooth sailing. I've been extending it further with custom blocks - I hit a snag that I knew was my problem but I emailed the developer anyway. He got back to me in a few hours with a clear solution and screenshots. Highly recommend!

Support team is super helpful, and they helped us resolve an issue that the Shopify platform in itself was experiencing.
As we explained at support, the issue you are facing is unrelated to the theme. It is due to a bug at the Shopify platform level, which can't be fixed on our end. We have made a detailed report to Shopify engineering team, but at this stage this issue is not fixable on our end. We will let you know once we hear back from Shopify.

I'm new to Shopify, but have experience with Wordpress and old-style hand coding of other websites. I can honestly say, I love the IMPACT THEME! Every time I think I'm going to have to get into the code to modify something, up comes a solution in the theme editor. It really works. That said, I'm very grateful to Maestrooo's support team, especially Lourinaldo Holanda, who was quick to assist.

- Fixed an accessibility issue for Safari users using a keyboard on mobile phone, where the focus would not be trap inside the navigation menu.
- Fixed an accessibility issue where the video on the dedicated "video" section could not be started using the keyboard only.
- Improved accessibility for the before/after section, that can now be fully controllable using keyboard.
