I love Impulse theme not only because of the theme itself, but also the amazing support that comes with it. I honestly didn’t realize “Add section” was for discovering new features. I thought it only duplicated what I already had! The way Migs explained made things clear and easy to understand. He was very kind and patient. It really made me feel supported and confident while learning.
Looks great, but extremely rigid. No section-specific font or color settings—Our store became monotone-black background, white text, can't style it unless you edit code. Parallax is unusable, and image focus can't be adjusted. At $400, we expected more control. Even simple customizations now require hiring a Shopify Expert. Our old theme Prestige offered more freedom at the same price.
Elegant, beautiful theme that's surprisingly easy to use. I don't know Liquid or JavaScript and barely any HTML or CSS and yet it's still SO easy to build and update our website with Impulse. Their customer support is 5-out-of-5 stars too! Incredibly helpful. It may take a day or two to hear back from them via email, but when they do, problem solved.
