Customer service has been amazing, even before I decided to go with this theme I reached out and asked a couple questions and they got back to me so quickly, with all the answers I needed. In regards to the design of the site itself, I personally love it. I REALLY love the fact that it has a full search bar and that there's a large amount of customization you have, without needed to code.
It's a good theme, with a fair amount of customization options built into it, and more importantly, the support team for the theme did a good job in helping us with the 1 issue we had with it.
I like this Theme, I had some issue with customize the cart but it has been solved with the customer support by mail. The customer support were very responsive and friendly. I suggest it to everyone.
The theme is very easy to customise and it looks great. The support team gets back to our queries very fast and always with the correct, spot-on information.
