I have had the Loft Theme installed on my store for 4 months now and it has really improved the look of my store and conversion rate. I had a few tweaks on the theme done by the wonderful team at Trailblaze Media. They were very helpful and brought my ideas to life on the theme (even my silly ideas!). Thank you so much Nilo, and everyone that's helped build my perfect store, you are all amazing!
We found a serious display issue that we couldn't fix ourselves. It's been several days since we asked for support and got no response. If you don't know how to edit code, DO NOT buy this theme.
Great theme and support! I asked to add some personalisations in the theme and they were executed perfectly! The theme is very clean and user-friendly with all the necessary features included. Megamenu and swatches look great!
Our business has been on this Theme over a year now. We have tried to be patient but there are simply too many problems. The theme is not CRO optimised and one big issue are items are put into the cart and there is no pop up. The theme is also slow at a site speed of 28 which is slower than similar sites. Support is very slow and unfocused also you create a new support ticket and they don't get it

Version 2.2.1 - July 8, 2022
This is an update patch to resolve various bugs.
Fixes and improvements
- Changed the cart page promotional link, which was was preventing the checkout link from working when the link was active.
- Removed an invalid block, "Promotion", from the Featured Product section.
- The cart count in the header should now update correctly on initial add to cart.
- Parallax banner "Page width" setting fixed.
- AJAX add to cart option/setting was removed. By default, the theme always uses AJAX unless Javascript is disabled.
- Font scaling was added to the gift card page.
- Sticky header fix.
- Product image hover fix.

We fixed a couple of bugs relating to the mobile drawer and how it performed on various mobile browsers, along with a small adjustment to the cart page's item image to ensure the picture uses the available space.

- Quickview has been re-added to the theme, and is controlled by the product.quickview.json template.
- An option for hover text color has been been added to the Gallery button color.
