I'm really not happy with the theme. It doesn't do what it's asked for. I am disgusted.
This is by far the best theme I have come across. There is a great level of control without having to adjust the code. There was an issue with the home page text being cut off and the theme's developer resolved the issue within 24 hours of me reaching out.
The theme is overall everything I was looking for. In terms of personalization it lacks speed and is a bit tricky if you’re not used to do coding yourself. Also a bit on the pricy side. But, once you figure it out it’s lovely. My customers are 99% happy with my store. When ever there was a problem the support team is there to help - fast and efficient!
The theme is pretty and has a perfect balance between ease of use and degree of customization. What amazes me most is that Presidio team is very responsive and helpful in assisting me as I customize the theme further.
