A well structured theme, I appreciate its design. The assistance, Hasti in my case, is always ready to help with minor customizations. The requests are quickly and completely satisfied. I recommend purchasing it.
I had some custom code done for my personal preferences, but so far the theme has worked for me. Hasti from customer support was also very helpful in fixing some changes I wanted to de made on my blog. Good customer support is always appreciated.
one of the 3rd class theme i have ever seen in my past few years, the theme has no features when you buy and check from custmize option. wasted all my money $350 behind this, support is also ridiculous.
The theme's design is stunning, yet the support experience greatly undermines it. Support queries often involve unnecessary back-and-forth with questions that seem elementary or overlook provided screenshots, rarely leading to effective solutions. The theme's support seems disconnected, likely because it's outsourced, not involving the original developers.
