NEGLIGENT & HORRIBLE!!!!! Theme update CRASHED site b4 Black Friday: -ALL ad copy defaulted to theme text -buttons on headers populated -Brand colors & texts reset -images glitch -variants showing as main image -ghost collections appeared -custom templates destroyed -performance from 98 to 21 -unused JS repopulated -navigation scrambled FIRE THIS TEAM!
We are sorry to hear about all the trouble you've gone through over the BF/CM period but our team has done everything we could and established that this was not a theme error, but due to customizations made that were not carried forward to the new version. It's always best practice to keep the new/updated theme version 'unpublished' while you make all the necessary adjustments.
The theme is easy to work with and provides a great range of functionality to customise it to your liking. On top of that, when we had an issue with some custom coding, Damian provided us prompt and top tier customer support to resolve our issue. We highly recommend this theme.
This is a great theme. It is pretty to look at and have a lot of bells and whistles. I ended up staying with my previous theme that just worked better for my store, but still loved all the fancy stuff in this theme. The scrolling banners are just really cool. Some other cool features too.
