Non existent support. Been waiting 2 weeks for them to respond to my inquiry regarding site speed. Our speed is ABYSMAL due to this theme. Imo response. In the meantime, I asked for help updating our theme (due to customizations) and their response... hire a developer. Will NEVER use Fluorescent again. Just no

A beautiful and very versatile theme - not just for fashion/clothing! I have been using Stiletto for over 2.5 years now, and I have been pleasantly surprised by their frequent high quality updates, as well as the Fluorescent support pages, which make navigating the theme's possibilities incredibly easy. Finally, their support team deserves an A+++. Seriously, they're awesome.

Great Theme! Easy to use and lots of great options. I'm a first-time Shipify user, so it was a steep learning curve for me, and I found this theme very easy to navigate the content manager. Great support too!
