The updates are a secondary problem. When I called for help all I received was finger pointing towards Shopify and when I called them they pointed fingers right back to you. I was not being unprofessional and did not call any individual a lier. REBUILDING A SITE EACH UPDATE IS RIDICULOUS AND IT IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT. DON'T BUY IT!!!!!!!!

We understand that you are frustrated, but describing our team as “liars” and our product as “not worth a red cent” is unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. The automatic update issue was not caused by a lack of updates, but by a major Shopify release introducing dynamic sections/blocks, which required significant theme changes. We remain committed to supporting our customers

I bought this paid theme expecting basic product card alignment to work properly. Product grids and sliders look inconsistent, and support says fixing it is outside standard support. For a $100 theme, basic ecommerce layout should not require extra paid customization. Very disappointing.
