We purchased the Xtra theme with high expectations and really liked it at first. However, everything changed after buying it. You can’t properly edit or add code — nothing works as it should. We tried contacting support, but they never responded to our emails. On top of that, many tools and apps don’t work properly with this theme. Definitely do not buy this theme.

We also want to mention that we haven’t been able to locate any previous support tickets from your side. Could you please create a new ticket using your SYK account, or share the email address you used for opening the ticket?
