Im having serious issues with the theme in the middle of an important ad campaign. Store is lagging and doesn't load it at all.

The Envy Theme has been great and Eight Themes has been great to work with - They are responsive and effective at fixing any issues + answering questions. I had a web designer initially set up my site and teach me how to add collections,etc. Since then it has been easy to run by myself!

After I updated the ENVY version in 2026 , I encountered serious layout problems: the title size was incorrect, and some paragraphs and images were missing.
