We bought the fabulous Atlantic theme for our shop (denada.co.nz, theme is still being customized) because of its simple yet refined design and typography. The theme is beautiful but more importantly the support we've had from Pixel Union (Connor Monro in particular) has been outstanding. I'm non-tekkie & ran into some problems that Connor sorted out, even emailing me on the weekend from his parent's house! Support like that for a small business like ours is absolutely invaluable.
