When it comes to support, I've hit many walls with clashing apps and most of the time they have sorted it for me pretty quickly. However, recently I've been spending a lot of time tweaking my SEO and found that the theme isn't suitable out of the box and has needed a fair amount of code changes. With replies taking 24 hours and work needed to be done myself, it hasn't been an easy journey.
