With custom liquid and css, everything is possible in this theme. it's really a great base to make a unique template.
Stylistically, this theme is pretty great, but the DEAL BREAKER making this template completely unusable is the fact the Collection List has that silly arrow to the right of every Collection name. ARGH! Please make that arrow go away or at least add an option to remove it. That is literally the only things preventing us from using this template.
Love this theme - the only thing that could make it better would be the ability to have a link on a banner/photo instead of having to use a separate button!
