Do not use this template. I looked at the code and there are lot of unused codes which slows down the website. Also, they will charge you $65 for a simple functionality change. Again, DO NOT USE THIS TEMPLATE. IT WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR STORE
Massive dissapointment with empire and pixel. The theme is full of bugs, and the basics you would expect them to do back end are often missed. Poor customer service, and the speed of the website is very poor. Off to find another reliable theme.
DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I HAVE MADE USING Empire theme and Pixel. I transfered 2 shops the empire theme in Aug/sept 2018, and since then the speed of the websites dropped dramatically! There support response is poor, and they like to pass the book and quote small print. I reported yet again the speed issues, and they suggested the theme version was out of date. by 6 months! RUBBISH!
Being completely new to Shopify I wasn't sure what to expect from the Theme support or ease of use. After only a week of re doing my ecom site from another ecom provider.. This theme + Shopify together just do an absolutely incredible job. I had some questions about the theme and Hannah, a support member for this theme was quick to respond and extremely polite and helpful! Highly recommend!!!!!
