Theme is elegant but their CS doesn’t understand that when you have a good speed score before publishing a theme, then the speed drops 30 with no other changes, it’s the interaction of the theme with your content. I disagree with your response and have already hired someone because you weren’t meeting me halfway.
We are and have been trying to work with you over several emails and have pointed out where we see a big part of the problem coming from which you are refusing to consider. We are here to help and are happy to explore any issues further but we need to get to a place where the dialogue is constructive. Let us know when you are ready to move forward.
After a couple of issues resolved, everything is now fine and Tiffany has been helpful. Thanks.
