Top tier support. Developer was responsive and thorough when troubleshooting an issue with another app. Beautiful theme we're using on 2 sites now. Very happy.
This theme is beautiful and easy to customize. I've had to reach out to their support team a few times and they're very responsive, kind, and happy to help with fixing issues.

I purchased the Fresh/Start theme and found the blocks, fonts and colors were all different. The developer refused to rectify the issue. They also refused to refund, hiding behind Shopify's no refund policy. Other developers provide "blank" themes too (pictures and content not included) but all blocks, fonts and colors are in tact. Be forewarned. You may not get what you paid for!
Hey, since the Online Store 2.0 update, we're unable to provide exact replicas of each demo store - only the fonts & sections appearing on the primary demo (our Sweet preset) were included in the version added to your store. Our support team also provided you with the exact settings from the desired demo to help you replicate, but we're looking to create further detailed guides in the future.
This company is to avoid at all cost, instead of contact us for an issue with their we bought $350 they sent us a DMCA because we used the same theme on 2 websites. This is how they consider people and customers after spending a huge amount of money in a very average theme. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLEGUE
