FAIR PRICE!! It's really sad the price some of these theme developers charge for a theme when 90% of Shopify stores end up closing within one year. MIO on the other hand, charges a fair price for a awesome theme. I was debating on this theme before I even noticed the price. It was in my top 3 before realizing it was $100. Also, the theme developers responded to 2 questions within 24 hours. GET IT
