I actually had problems with this theme but I used their support and they had it up and running in no time! I would highly recommend them for the customer support!
We have just started using the theme and we love it. Easy to customise, great features and good support (they just fixed an issue for me that I didn't know how to do). Would recommend.
August 2022 - The Grids theme is excellent. The Support was fantastic - just what I needed to get a few loose ends fixed, that I wasn't able to handle. December 2022 - The Grids team came through once again with flying colors - they helped me through a few final "polish" items that I needed help with. Thank you Grids.
