They market this as a mobile friendly theme. This is not the case. You can not set seperate images for mobile in hero banners. Neither are the theme making the images responsive for mobile. I also had alot of problems with pagespeed on this theme. The theme does not have a customer support chat, and when I send them an email it takes a week to get a (organic) reply. Would not recommend this
👋 — Hi Christopher, sorry to hear you're having issues here! We now offer separate mobile images in the most recent update. On the speed front it's a bit of a balancing act of speed and features...with 12 apps running you'll want to lighten the theme load perhaps trimming the number of products per page down from the max of 80 or disabling Quick View for an added speed boost. Impulse is a very robust theme which gives you lots of options for design and functionality. It works also very well for mobile device. The support is always excellent, usually taking 12-24 hours from time of email request.
