It's WORLDCLASS customer support. You can always get help - and fairly quick. I've never experienced anything like it. And the theme template is already great value for money with the features included - which is why I chose it in the first place. But the customer service is why I recommend Palo Alto to everyone that are looking for at Shopify template.
It has issues. Slow and it interferes with ODOO. I cannot contact the support team
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. The Odoo application connects directly to Shopify’s database rather than the theme, so this issue is not related to theme functionality. We’ve already reached out to you and would be happy to further assist with any additional concerns or questions you may have.
I find the theme to be slow - even after removing all apps - the base theme is not performant. Google lighthouse reports a rating of poor performance for this site. I tried to discuss this with their support team, and they took forever to respond, only then to turn around and say it way my apps - but they could not prove it with real data.
