I deeply regret buying this template; it's hard to use. I even desperately want a refund, even just a partial one! But Shopify customer service told me to contact "DigiFist," and then Paul replied and told me to contact Shopify directly! Fine, I'm just throwing away that $400! If you guys update your posters to be responsive someday, I'll try using it again! But right now, I just want a refund!
