I've been using Testament for almost 2 years now, and I love it! SO easy to set up and its great that when I update products, they instantly appear in real time (on my previous e-commerce site it took almost a week to catch up!) A few things on my wishlist going forward (hope you're listening shopify, lol) are a facility to do Pre-Orders for items, a facility to sign up for stock notifications.
Great theme and been using for years, hit a bit of trouble with the site due to an update with shopify but Richard from their support team resolved very quickly - less than 24 hours - would definite recommend just based on service itself

I have been using the Testament theme for many years now and I only have good things to say about it. If you ever have any questions, someone is always quick to respond and they are always so helpful and friendly, which I find rare to find these days. We had 3-4 final contenders for our Shopify 2.0 retheme, and I SO REGRET picking Testament. I do have dev access but am quite competent at pasting CSS. However, EVERY TIME I want to make a simple change myself, Testament blocks basic things and hard codes in absurd elements so I am trying CSS, then JSON, etc. I cannot disable their default chat, so it shows ON TOP of my HelpScout chat. 2/10 theme.
Very surprised to receive this review as we can't see any prior emails to our support team. It sounds like you are running into issues when trying to change or add code. We don't have a chat module in the theme so it would appear that you have 2 different apps fighting for the same position on the screen which would be easy to rectify. We have reached out and hope to be given the chance to help
This update addresses liquid template errors to comply with Shopify's stricter parser requirements.
The changes primarily fix syntax errors, update hardcoded URLs to use global objects, and standardize variable naming conventions.
