The theme is very poor in quality and feels completely outdated. The design looks old and not at all modern. Even for small issues or basic fixes, the support team immediately pushes you toward paid services instead of helping properly. Overall, this theme is not user-friendly, and the support experience is very disappointing.
I paid for this theme, there are so many defects about this theme, you will find them while installing your store. Shopify customer service recommended me to contact this theme support, well, this theme support recommended to use developer market, and they could not offer any supports, so This is a fraud. don't use this , they just want to obtain your money.
We provide free support for all of our themes, regardless of how long you have been using it. If you have found support issues with the theme then our team is here to help. We referred you to developers as Kiss Dressy requested theme modifications that were beyond the scope of what we can provide within our free support.

I've been using Testament for almost 2 years now, and I love it! SO easy to set up and its great that when I update products, they instantly appear in real time (on my previous e-commerce site it took almost a week to catch up!) A few things on my wishlist going forward (hope you're listening shopify, lol) are a facility to do Pre-Orders for items, a facility to sign up for stock notifications.
