Update: The Support team put effort to fix the main things which are now working fine, overall the theme is packed with features more than any another theme on shopify. For us it is still missing custom color swatch images so we rate theme 4-stars, hopefully one day they can add custom swatches and iron out small things on the theme for best user experience to earn a full 5-stars rating.
