I purchased Beyond by Troop Themes expecting a premium product, but after 9 months the issues only get worse. Every update wipes out customizations, APIs, and embeds, forcing costly rework. Support is slow or nonexistent, and the latest update broke our site entirely. We’ve spent countless hours fixing Troop’s own problems — I cannot recommend this theme or Troop at all.

We’re sorry you’ve experienced delays in our support. Regarding updates, these are managed by Shopify and can overwrite custom edits on any theme. Keep in mind that merchants aren't required to update to every new version. We make improvements to keep the theme current and competitive, but try our best to minimize disruption.

I'm really happy with this theme and the flexibility it offers to make it feel like your own unique store.
