The theme is fine, but I'm not overly satisfied with their customer support. If you run into any issues, they ask you to contact one of their very expensive partners. If you have your own developers, that's fine, but if you ask for anything, be prepared to open your wallet. Now I work with external developers.
I have been using the Empire theme for over 5 years now, and I couldn't be happier with it! It works brilliantly for my gift store, and the customer service is second to none. Most recently, I had a major panic as coding from a seperate app had wiped half my site. Glenn helped me immediately and managed to completely fix everything within an hour, I can't thank him enough! 10/10 best theme ever!

Empire 12.3.0 introduces the new Shopify Customer Account Web Component, replacing the old account sign-in experience. There is also a small fix to ensure URLs work properly when using sort and filter.
