This theme is very slow. The creators don't have any concrete solutions for improving this. They just send you a link to an article that suggests ways to make it faster, but after following all these suggestions, we have seen no improvement. It really just boils down to sloppy, bulky code.

Easy to create a large first page, collections and product pages look nice. Not too hard to modify some aspects and customize some parts. Generally runs light and looks ok on phones as well. Support has always been helpful as well.

Pixel Union had my other review removed so I'm gonna write it again. Pixel Union's last update DESTROYED my CTR. They removed/updated their rich snippets, removing reviews/pricing/quantity from my search engine results, causing my CTR to plummet, causing our store to disappear from certain keywords we were already ranked in. Support staff won't even acknowledge anything. Avoid using Pixel Union.

I recently had two different requests that were store / theme related and support was able to help me within 24 hours and they also fixed the problems straight away. Thank you!
