The theme is very easy to use and a great design. If there ever is a problem, the support is right there to help. For example, on Canada's Thanksgiving, I had a problem with something and wasn't expecting to be helped till the next day because they are based out of Vancouver, but when I woke up, to my surprise they had fixed it that holiday night. 10/10 I will be recommending their Fetch theme.
