Worst customer support for any software product that I have ever experienced. Extremely slow to respond, they do not have a telephone contact number, and each time I reach out with a particular issue they give me a half ass answer describing how they cannot help me out leaving me (not a software developer/coder) clueless on how to solve these issues.
Release is fast, clean, and incredibly well designed. Super flexible layout system and very easy to work with. DigiFist nailed the balance between performance and aesthetics. Great theme.
This is the worst theme I have ever used. Do not buy it it’s a complete scam. Even free themes work better. There are countless bugs, and if you use multiple markets like us, many features simply do not work properly in other languages. The mobile menu on the homepage does not open correctly. I struggled for weeks to get it fixed with the theme developers, who are extremely slow and clearly don’t
Overall, the Release theme is beautiful and works well for our activewear brand. In the future, we would like to have more customisation possibilities, especially for typography. Customer support has been great!
