Critical mobile menu BUG + Support is a nightmare: 1. Claimed they "sent collaborator request" - never received it (obvious delay tactic). 2. "6 days, 4 forms, 6 emails 4 replies, 2 codes later" - still no fix. 3. Other users reported same bug a month ago - developer knows about it but won't fix it. There are 19 other themes in Theme Store with all features and ALL of them have higher ratings.
This theme is incredibly versatile for our brand. I deeply regret buying this template; it's hard to use. I even desperately want a refund, even just a partial one! But Shopify customer service told me to contact "DigiFist," and then Paul replied and told me to contact Shopify directly! Fine, I'm just throwing away that $400! If you guys update your posters to be responsive someday, I'll try using it again! But right now, I just want a refund!
