Hi, Shipping Protection is not something that is controlled by the theme - as it has no access to the Checkout or shipping process, just everything before that! This would be something within your admin such as an app or possibly the Shipping Insurance offered with Shopify Shipping labels. Currently the negative aspects have outweighed the positives for implementing this feature, so it's not within our free themes.
