The Retina theme is truly nice and will use it again. The customer support is very good. They are very quick to respond and get any issues resolved. More customer service should be this way.

Theme support is very responsive and easy to work with. They helped me tremendously as I navigated the theme, even helping me with small CSS code changes. I highly recommend buying this theme.
Retina is one of the best looking themes with super customization to boot, but it's the amazing customer service that really takes the cake. I have been a customer since 2015 - and the support and self-help documentation on their site is awesome. Not to mention they update the themes all the time. Retina 7.0.0 introduces Section groups, updates to the Predictive search feature, a bug fix for the "Enable fixed ('sticky') header" theme setting, and a new theme setting to customize the "Continue shopping" link on the cart page.
We've added support for image focal points, addressed several accessibility errors, and renamed "Recommended products" to "Related products". In addition, we've fixed an issue where split product descriptions would not appear on the product page, we've also fixed an issue where disabling the "Enable Back in stock request form" theme setting would break a number of JS-related components.
We've added a new Age gate feature and a Countdown timer section.
