Critical mobile menu BUG + Support is a nightmare: 1. Claimed they "sent collaborator request" - never received it (obvious delay tactic). 2. "6 days, 4 forms, 6 emails 4 replies, 2 codes later" - still no fix. 3. Other users reported same bug a month ago - developer knows about it but won't fix it. There are 19 other themes in Theme Store with all features and ALL of them have higher ratings.

I deeply regret buying this template; it's hard to use. I even desperately want a refund, even just a partial one! But Shopify customer service told me to contact "DigiFist," and then Paul replied and told me to contact Shopify directly! Fine, I'm just throwing away that $400! If you guys update your posters to be responsive someday, I'll try using it again! But right now, I just want a refund!
